If you experience any issue with your order (such as quality, damage, or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a store credit or voucher equivalent to the order value.
This credit can be used on a future purchase and is our way of ensuring you enjoy the Lavania experience.

Please note that monetary refunds to the original payment method are not offered for food and perishable items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
